Belgium, province: Liège = Luik
Note 1: Jeunesse Sportive Fumaloise saw the daylight in 1964 (matricule 6738) and took up playing at a pasture put at the club's disposal by Baron Mincé du Fontbaré, the owner of the château on the hillside above the ground (cp. photos 8-9 below). In 2021, JS Fumaloise folded, but a successor club saw the daylight immediately; Fumal Football Club was attributed matricule 9766 upon affiliation at the Belgian Football Association. Sadly, upon the death of his father, the new baron took the decision to discontinue the club's lease of the ground; in September 2022, the premises have to be vacated. Following this, Fumal FC's presidency were left with little other choice but to cease all activities and disband their young football club.
Note 2: Below, a compilation of photos of two different visits: pictures 1-3 = non-matchday visit, February 2019 / pictures 4-21 = match visit, April 2022.
