Note 1: the new stand of Stade Albert Berchem was constructed in the first months of 2017. 

Note 2: As CS Obercorn won the play-off, they stayed up in Division 2 (confusingly, this is the fourth level of Luxembourg's league pyramid), whilst Heiderscheid-Eschdorf remain in Division 3 (level 5).

Note 1: FC Wiltz moved their first team football to the Am Poetz ground in October 2015 after having left their veritable old stadium Am Getzt. 

Note 2: As Wincrange won the play-off thanks to a late winning goal of their very own CR7, the orange & blacks gained promotion to Division 1 (confusingly, this is the third level of Luxembourg's league pyramid), whilst Pratzerthal-Redange descended to Division 2 (level 4).

Note: vv Roden, founded in 1929, initially played its football at a ground situated near Roden's old port. A wooden stand was erected at this ground in 1936. When the club moved to its current ground in 1955, the wooden stand was taken along and rebuilt at the side of this new ground's main pitch.
