Note: as a result of this final group match, MSV '19 were promoted to Sunday League 3, relegating their opponents to League 4.

14 VI 2015 / VVR - SV ADVENDO 0-3 / District South I, Sunday League 4 - promotion play-off final, second leg (= NL level 8)

Note 1: VVR, founded in 1931, moved to Sportpark De Laguiten in 1972. Until a renovation of the Laguiten sports complex, during which the current main stand was constructed, VVR's first team football was played at the southernmost pitch of the ground - relegated to the club's B pitch since.

Note 2: as a result of this win (on aggregate: 7-1), SV ADVENDO were promoted to Sunday League 3
