- 1935 / Foundation of Cercle Sportif (CS) Houtain. Joining Belgium's FA, the club obtains matricule 2304.
- 1949 / CS Houtain folds, ceasing all activities.
- 1959 / Foundation of a new football club - in fact a refoundation of CS Houtain, but under a new name: Association Sportive (AS) Houtain (matricule 6268).
- 1976 / AS Houtain moves to the ground at Rue de Wonck.
- 2013 / For the first - and only - time in its history, AS Houtain obtains a league title. Previous promotions all having been achieved in the play-offs, the club wins first place in Liège's Provincial League 4B, thus acceding to Provincial League 3.
- 2017 / AS Houtain concludes a merger with AC Milanello Milmort (matricule 9517), resulting in the foundation of AS Houtain-Milanello. First team football moves to Milanello's ground at Rue de l'Escousset, Milmort, while the pitches in Houtain-Saint-Siméon remain in use for lower team football and training purposes.
- 2019 / While a new club, MS Herstal Milmort (matricule 9717) settles at Rue de l'Escousset, all activities of AS Houtain-Milanello are moved to Houtain-Saint-Siméon.
