Note 1: Football Club Moen, founded in 1958 (matricule 6119), was the successor of an earlier club in Moen, Moen Sportief, which played in a Flemish football league, but ceased all activities before or during World War II. The club played its football at a ground situated at Sint-Denijsstraat (officially called Verzetslaan) until 1980, when the move was made to the newly built, communal facilities which has been its home ever since. FC Moen acquired the royal epithet, thus becoming KFC Moen, upon its fiftieth anniversary in 2008.
