Note: vv Spui, founded as VSV (Verenigde Sportvrienden) in 1948, initially played their football on a pasture owned by a local farmer's widow, Mrs. De Nijs, before moving to their current ground in 1958. Originally, the entrance was situated at Pootersdijk, but in one of several renovations the gates were re-erected at the other end of the ground, at Sparksstraat.
