Timeline
- 1927 / In December 1927, Jeunesse Freylangeoise is founded, joining Belgian Luxembourg's Provincial Committee. According to locals, the club have played their football at the current ground at Chemin de Jungenbusch from the beginning onwards.
- 1928 / In February 1928, the club obtains affiliation with the Belgian Football Association under matricule 1167.
- 1953 / The club obtains the royal epithet, thus becoming Royale Jeunesse (RJ) Freylangeoise.
- 2006 / Former Freylange player and club president (two spells, 1969-76 & 1979-94) Ernest Thomas passes away aged 80. The ground at Chemin de Jungenbusch is renamed Stade Ernest Thomas in his honour.
- 2008 / After decades of relative anonymity in the lower echelons of Belgian Luxembourg's provincial leagues, RJ Freylangeoise wins promotion to Provincial League 1 for the first time. In the following years, the club has alternated spells in Provincial League 1 and Provincial League 2.
- 2023 / Being placed in Luxembourg's Provincial League 2A for the 2023-24 season, RJ Freylangeoise withdrew its first team in November 2023 after a string of heavy defeats.
