Timeline

• 1963 / Foundation of a football club in Hensies, a village in Hainaut to the west of Mons, close to the French border. Acquiring membership of the Belgian Football Association with registration number 6700, the new club is given the name Union Sportive (US) Hensitoise. It is unclear if US Hensitoise played its football at Plaine Communale, Rue de Chièvres, from the outset.
• 2025 / In March 2025, major reconstruction works get underway at RUS Hensies’ Plaine Communale, involving the construction of a new clubhouse and a rearrangement of the pitches on the park. The original clubhouse and the first pitch are given up, with first team football being temporarily moved to pitch II of the park.
